ISLAMABAD (Daily Pakistan Online): The operations of Airlift, a startup company delivering groceries, have been suspended in Pakistan.
News about this has been circulating on social media for the past several days, but now the airlift management has confirmed it. The company says the ongoing global economic crisis has also had a severe impact on the airlift, with the company’s investors unable to invest further due to the circumstances that necessitated its closure.
The company has made it clear that it will not leave its employees without pay, airlift management will pay employees July and August salaries, as well as provide a platform to help employees find new jobs.
