ISLAMABAD: A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Omar Ata Bandial heard the petitions of Customs against the tax exemption on hybrid electric vehicles and the Supreme Court upheld the decision of the Peshawar High Court. Reject custom requests.
